Qualifications

• Requires completion of Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable certifications include Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and adhere to service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and support hiring and onboarding tasks.
• Coach and mentor team members and ensure training is up to date.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties, money handling, and security protocols.
