The role involves leading the team and managing during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring service excellence for retail and professional customers.

Formación

• Must have Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification required; other certifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and implement company programs.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, and training to develop team members.
• Ensure timely processing of orders, returns, and merchandise invoicing.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store appearance and safety.
