Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute on service programs.
• Ensure staffing for peak business hours and manage shifts.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and training progress.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating interviews and selecting qualified staff.
• Ensure phones are answered per policy and orders processed timely.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store and transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure effective processing of returns, refunds, and invoicing of merchandise.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and procedures; manage clock-in/out and security.
