POP MART in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and staff development on the shop floor.

You will coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads, oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention while upholding POP MART’s premium brand standards and events that engage local collectors and first-time

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently while making sound business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
