Job summary

POP MART in Novi, MI is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor. You’ll drive customer experience, coach Brand Associates, and manage store operations to ensure a premium POP MART experience for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to hit sales targets, optimize staffing, and execute visual merchandising, campaigns, and events that energize the local community and strengthen POP MART’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and set the standard for customer engagement.
• Drive sales performance and key KPIs, including conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, compliance, and loss prevention.
• Lead visual merchandising and inventory, install planograms and seasonal displays in line with POP MART standards.
• Build brand and community presence by engaging with local collector communities and supporting events and store openings.
