O’Reilly Auto Parts in Laurel, MT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team to service customers.

The ideal candidate will supervise front-line staff, help set goals, participate in hiring, ensure efficient processing of transfers and returns, and uphold company policies. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing candidates and coordinating with management.
• Ensure efficient processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure deposits as required.
