Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or assistant manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels and sales programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours (lunch, evenings, weekends).
• Assist in hiring: schedule/interviews, evaluate candidates, coordinate with management.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Coordinate store maintenance, signage, and merchandising tasks.
• Communicate policies and ensure clock-in/out compliance.
• Process returns, exchanges, and invoices accurately.
