Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the Manager’s absence and on opposing shifts to ensure excellent service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Experience in retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of team members.
Ensure careful processing of orders, transfers, returns and invoicing.
Manage opening/closing duties and security procedures.
