Job summary

Old Navy Fremont is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer-focused operations, merchandising, and talent development, in collaboration with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store.
