Work with the General Manager to execute the store strategy, ensure standards, and promote omni‑channel shopping while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric approach and operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Execute action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
