Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Kickapoo & Federal) to oversee daily donated merchandise operations and drive store performance. You will lead Shift Leaders and Store Associates, ensure customer service excellence, and adhere to agency policies and budget projections.

Starting salary is $23.69 per hour plus benefits. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• Associate’s degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, manufacturing, production, or food services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise per agency policies.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and supervise store personnel to meet standards.
• Open/close cash registers and balance drawers; maintain records and reports.
