Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate’s degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years in a supervisory role overseeing 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of donated merchandise and store budget.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise store personnel to meet standards.
• Ensure adherence to agency SOPs, policies, and safety procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and resolve complaints.
• Open/close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain store appearance and records, prepare daily reports.
