Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Oklahoma City area. You will oversee daily donated merchandise operations, hire and coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with agency policies and budget goals.

You will lead shift leaders and store associates, manage budgets, and maintain safety and standards across the location. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Associates degree or completion of related retail management coursework is preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience with 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, production or food services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise in line with agency policies and budget projections.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel to meet operational standards.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store appearance, balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
