Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Kickapoo & Federal location. You will lead daily operations of donated merchandise, manage staff, uphold safety and SOPs, and ensure top-notch donor and customer service while meeting budgetary goals.

The role requires supervision of shift leaders and store associates, with a focus on attendance, training, evaluation, and process adherence within a dynamic retail environment.
