Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily donated merchandise operations at the Edmond location. You will manage staff, budgets, and customer service while ensuring policy compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience with 12+ employees in retail/manufacturing/production or related.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and car insurance verification.
• Must be 21 years old; pass MVR check with good driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Reliable transportation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
• Open and close cash registers; balance cash drawers.
• Maintain store appearance and adherence to safety policies.
• Lead monthly meetings and prepare daily reports.
