Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and stockroom operations; ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory controls; manage expenses and shrink.
