Job summary

The North Face is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead a team of Brand Advocates and deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through outstanding engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.

This role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach and empower a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand and move around the store for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience that reflects our brand values.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, operations and community connection.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Support recruiting, hiring and onboarding with high-caliber talent and provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock replenishment aligns with brand directives.
