Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and task delegation.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members.
• Maintain merchandising standards and manage inventory and stockroom practices.
