The North Face in VF Corporation seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Brand Advocates and deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with our values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through outstanding service, merchandising, and store operations, while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but hands-on experience and achievements are valued most.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer experience reflecting brand values.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through exceptional customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• In Store Manager's absence, assume full store responsibility.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop the team; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Maintain merchandising standards, control inventory, and support cost management.
