The North Face in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Brand Advocates and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability, manage operations, merchandising, and community connection, and you will assume full responsibility in the manager's absence. The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership and a High School Diploma, with a passion for inclusive, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and long periods on the floor.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing, and task delegation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Ensure policy compliance, manage expenses, and shrink.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture.
