Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to lead a hands-on, customer-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires.
• Coach and mentor a team of 4–5 technicians.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a welcoming, safe experience.
• Learn on the job with hands-on training and development.
