Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody our brand values. You will help meet revenue goals while upholding our standards across the store.

In this role you will support daily operations including training, staffing, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and administration; you may open/close and act as Store Manager in their absence in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members.
• Ensure the business aligns with the brand, its values, and goals.
• Open and close the store; manage labor scheduling and security.
• Oversee training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and store administration.
• Address customer and staff needs, responding promptly to concerns.
