Job summary

Buckle opened a brand new store at Tanger Outlets in Pooler, Georgia with interviews beginning mid-August and a mid-September start. The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles focus on selling, merchandising and operations to deliver the Buckle guest experience.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll work with the Store Manager to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, manage daily store actions, and uphold Buckle standards in service, product presentation and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
