Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Pooler, GA is excited to open a brand new store at Tanger Outlets and begins interviewing mid-August for Leadership in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader roles. These positions combine sales, merchandising and daily store operations to create an outstanding guest experience.

You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and lead by example with high showmanship and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and lead guests through the shopping experience.
• Assist with sales generation, merchandising and store operations.
• Lead by example with showmanship and professional conduct.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual standards and uphold loss prevention policies.
