Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our leadership team. This role works closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, excellence in customer service, and strong team performance across all store functions.

You will train Teammates, participate in recruiting, merchandising, and daily operations, and step in as Store Manager when needed. This is a stepping-stone to higher leadership within our retail network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates, recruit and develop staff, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Manage daily operations including sales generation, merchandising, and guest experience to meet store goals.
