Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will lead by example in sales, merchandising and guest service, recruit and train Teammates, and act as Store Manager in their absence while advancing from the AIT role. You will develop the team, manage daily operations, and ensure flawless execution of visual standards, inventory routines and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months retail experience, or equivalent.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and guest service to create a legendary shopping experience.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; support Store Manager and lead in their absence.
• Oversee visual merchandising, zone ownership and standard operating procedures.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, inventory, loss prevention and customer service.
• Conduct daily interviews and support Team development as needed.
