Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Dayton, OH to lead daily operations and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered consistently. The role involves supervising associates, managing store admin tasks, and safeguarding compliance with laws and company policies.

The position is full-time, with shifts across 1st, 2nd or 3rd; pay ranges from $14.75 to $16.75 per hour and requires ability to operate POS and gas consoles, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Experience delivering high quality guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, coach and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Oversee store administration tasks including ordering and paperwork as directed.
• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product readiness in the dip cabinet.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, keep displays clean, and rotate stock to date standards.
• Maintain store safety, security and emergency procedures as required.
• Complete time records and related reporting accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
