Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role oversees scheduling, training, discipline, and team engagement to meet performance goals and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities span customer experience, inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Administer the disciplinary steps with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory and funds.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets while delivering service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right for customers.
• Encourage participation in membership programs and in-store offers.
• Adhere to visual guidelines for merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Execute operations directives and adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain store technology and equipment and perform updates/repairs as needed.
• Open and close the store following the Operations manual.
• Manage inventory receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts.
• Organize backroom for efficiency and VM strategy including seasonal changes.
• Protect company assets and ensure proper wage-controlled scheduling.
• Prepare staff schedules within wage guidelines.
• Execute pricing signage and promotional presentation adjustments during hours.
