Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards while fostering a fun, inclusive, and productive team environment.

The role emphasizes in-store leadership, adherence to policies, and hands-on involvement in inventory and loss prevention to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling, complaints, and coverage when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS programs and store procedures.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and store cleanliness per guidelines.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, inventory counts, and security.
