Lids in Chicago seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will help drive sales, manage staffing, and uphold brand standards across the store.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, handling scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining store appearance while delivering the Lids shopping experience fans expect.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies and guidelines, including inventory protection.
