Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting goals, coaching team members, and ensuring training is current.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and communication with customers is maintained.
