Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Coordinate staff during peak hours to ensure coverage and service quality.
• Assist in goal setting, coaching, and training of team members; participate in recruitment and interviewing.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed promptly and accurately.
• Manage day-to-day store opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages to the team.
