Job summary

O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations.

This role includes managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and leading the team to ensure excellent customer service. You are expected to assist in team management, hiring, and mentoring, as well as handle store operational tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
• Experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and team member performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
