Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with account management, sales activities, and exceptional customer service. You will work across Acima partner stores to process credit turn-downs, convert web orders, and promote Acima benefits.

The role involves reviewing lease applications, driving sales, and ensuring high quality customer experiences in a retail setting. Eligible candidates can expect hourly pay with potential bonuses and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to Store Manager on store activity and performance.
• Establish partnerships with retail personnel to generate referrals.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
