Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and credit conversions. You will collaborate with Acima partner stores to process applications, educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, and deliver exceptional service.

This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to retail operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail or leasing industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer growth through channels and partnerships.
• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and the application process.
• Close sales and convert applications for in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report performance to management.
