Job summary

Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and account management at one of our partner store locations. You will help process credit turn-downs, convert web orders, and promote Acima's Lease-To-Own benefits to customers.

This full-time role offers hourly pay between $14.45 and $16.49 with potential bonuses based on performance. You will contribute to a friendly, customer-focused team and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organized with time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Convert web and in-store applications into Acima credit customers.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and process.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
