Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, account management, and customer service across partner locations. The role focuses on converting credit applications and web orders into Acima customers while promoting leasing benefits.

You will work in a full-time store setting, earning hourly pay of $15.90–$18.14 with potential bonuses, and contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team prioritizing customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or leasing industry familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and account management through multiple channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Identify customer needs and close sales with Acima credit options.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Process credit turn-downs and web orders into active Acima customers.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report to Store Manager.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
