Job summary

Acima Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in account management and sales while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with Acima retail partners, processing credit turns, and converting web and in-store orders into Acima credit customers. It will be performed at one of our retail partner stores.

The position pays hourly with potential bonuses and incentives based on performance, following Acima payroll procedures and applicable state/local laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Familiarity with rental/leasing industry is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications (in-store and web orders).
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores across operations.
• Report to Store Manager on store performance and activities.
• Establish partnerships with retail personnel to generate referrals.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
