Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, hiring, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, including returns, invoicing, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and management certifications required.
• RSS Certification reflected in competencies.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom, ensuring adherence to customer service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours for efficient retail operations.
• Coach and mentor team members; set goals and track achievement.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring to select qualified candidates.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are handled per policy and answered promptly.
• Process all store transfers, out-of-area orders, and ensure timely communication with customers.
