Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training and assistant manager certification.
• Certified Parts Professional and ASE certification preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Assist the store manager in staffing the retail sales counter during peak hours such as lunch, late afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates.
• Make sure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
