Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and implement service programs.
• Help manage staffing at peak hours and maintain training progress for team members.
• Participate in hiring by coordinating recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties, security, deposits, and daily cash handling.
• Ensure all merchandise and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
