Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in absence of the Store Manager and during opposing shifts, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification and Spanish language skills preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (especially Spanish) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and ensure staffing during peak hours and weekends.
• Assist store manager with hiring, coaching, and training to keep team members current on policies and procedures.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and exchanges are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and ensure security, deposits, and cash handling are compliant.
