Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales growth. You will lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates, drive customer service excellence, and uphold merchandising and SOP standards.

You will mentor trainees, manage inventory and cash handling, assist in talent recruitment, and collaborate with Loss Prevention to minimize shrink while fostering growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching sales staff and trainees.
