Job summary

UGG is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager on developing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help meet revenue goals, train staff, and uphold Deckers Brands values across the store.

You will open and close the store, manage schedules, protect assets, and respond to customer needs while staying aware of industry trends affecting our local market.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals.
• Provide the best customer service and communicate our company’s values, vision, and mission.
• Open and close the store; secure assets; plan and prepare labor schedules.
• Train, engage, and motivate team; maintain high training standards.
• Stay aware of industry trends and adapt store strategies accordingly.
