Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote our brand values.

You will oversee daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, training, visual merchandising, and ensuring revenue goals while maintaining high training standards and responding to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the store and manage the labor schedule.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, training, and store administration.
• Provide customer service excellence and align with brand standards.
• Develop and engage team members, communicating with management and stakeholders.
• Respond to customers and team needs while monitoring store performance.
