You will help recruit and develop talent, drive operational excellence, and use technology to enable seamless omnichannel shopping for guests. This role requires a hospitality mindset and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
