Job summary

The North Face, part of VF Outdoor, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through sales, merchandising, and store operations, while maintaining an inclusive, high-performing retail environment.

In this role, you will supervise daily operations, support recruiting and onboarding, and coach team members to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences aligned with our brand values.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and sales goals, coach the team, and ensure policies and standards are followed.
