The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, and operations, while maintaining an inclusive, high-performing retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or store leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and comfort with retail software tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail or store leadership experience.
• High school diploma preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience reflecting our brand values.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations and community connection.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
