Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience for Assistant Store Manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store employees and promote a positive environment.
• Manage customer relations and satisfaction alongside Store Manager.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
