Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure programs are executed.
• Assist in staffing the retail sales counter during peak hours and coach team members.
• Assist in hiring tasks: interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordination with management.
• Process buy-online/ship-to-store, store transfers, and notify customers of shipments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Ensure compliance with policies, schedules, clocking in/out, and day-end procedures.
• Perform all opening/closing duties, deposits, and store security tasks.
